MYSTIC  CONSORTIUM ARTISTS


Mystic Consortium is a  dynamic group of innovative artists spanning the genres of  music, dance, spoken word, percussion and vision. Through storytelling, improvisation, musical dialogue and movement, they create present moment  artistic vitality against the rich backdrop of 13th century mystic poetry of Rumi  and 14th century poetess, Lalla.

THE STORYDANCER PROJECT (TSP)
The Storydancer Project collaborates with partnering organizations and communities to create sustainable training programs  which bring long-term support to community members and constituents.  Whether TSP is working with school children in New Mexico, Muslim women struggling to eke out a living in Delhi, people dealing with the devastations of cancer, or Navajo mothers feeling isolated with the burdens of historical trauma, TSP is works with the  first understanding that holistic self-care in community is a powerful agent of change.

The mission of The Storydancer Project  is to inspire positive change in the face of adversity through transformative movement, performance and self-care practices that restore vitality and cultivate joy. TSP serves girls, women, families and those suffering from illness and trauma,  in global, indigenous and  marginalized communities, health centers and schools.

International performer and educator, Zuleikha, inspires creativity through sacred art of movement. Renowned for her collaborations with world musicians, Rumi Concerts  and innovative teaching, she is the creator of  the registered trademarked program  TAKE A MINUTE® which works with vitality/resiliency self-care practices, and TAKE A MINUTE® for Palliative Care.


Zuleikha is the founder of The Storydancer Project, which serves girls, women and families facing challenging life circumstances, and is a humanitarian awards recipient for outstanding work in the world promoting positive personal and social change.
