International performer and educator, ZULEIKHA, inspires dynamic creativity through the sacred art of movement. She is renowned for her Rumi collaborations, innovative teaching, and her TAKE A MINUTE™ vitality/resiliency exercise program and TAKE A MINUTE™ For Palliative Care. Her non-profit organization, The Storydancer Project serves girls, women, children and families facing challenging life circumstances. Zuleikha is a humanitarian award recipient, including Images and Voices of Hope Media Award for outstanding work in the world promoting positive personal and social change.

THE STORYDANCER PROJECT (TSP) and THE HOPE PROJECT

For over 20 years, TSP has programs in partnership with the Hope Project / India, that cultivate sustainable health, resilience, self-worth and leadership skills in the marginalized communities of Nizamuddin Basti and other impoverished neighborhoods of Delhi, India including outlying areas, home to 300,000 or more.
Zuleikha, founder/director of The Storydancer Projcect, has been teaching music to Hope Project girls while onsite for many years, and each year there is a special performance by the girls for the Hope Project community. Precious Human Life is the video of the 2025 girls' performance, in honor of H. H. Dalai Lama's prayer.
