Will I get fit doing these exercises?
TAKE A MINUTE® (TAM) is not a fitness program. Many people have reported relief from
aches and pains, better circulation, greater range of motion, and a deep
sense of vitality from doing TAM every day.
What if I can’t do the whole exercise?
If you can’t do the full movements, we describe ways to do them differently
and still get the benefits. TAM is for everyone.
How do you know the exercises work and I’m not wasting my time?
TAM is a proven program. We have done a nationwide survey with excellent results. We invite you to try the exercises, and see how it can work for you.
Thank you for subscribing! Subscribing to TAM means you will have unlimited 24/7 streaming access to all videos in your Subscription package for a recurring monthly or annual price. The number of videos included in the Subscription package can vary. We may add or remove videos from time to time.

I forgot my password. How do I reset my password?
You can easily reset your password by selecting “Sign In” from the Menu. You will be directed to the Sign In page. Click “Forgot Password” and enter the email address you use for the subscription. You will receive an email with instructions to reset your password.
How do I change my password?
Once signed into TAM, you can change your password at any time by selecting MY ACCOUNT > PASSWORD in the menu.
How do I update my credit card on file?
Changing your credit card information is easy. Sign in and select: MY ACCOUNT > Billing
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your membership at any time. However, we'll be sad to see you go! After you cancel, you will not be billed for the following month. Your login will remain active and your account will be set to expire at the end of your payment period. Once expired, you will no longer have access to the content on TAM.
Can I get a refund?
Subscriptions are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time and will not be charged for further months. You will still have access to the videos until the current period you have paid for expires.

To assure you have the best experience with video playback, we recommend a stable, fast internet connection. We recommend a minimum download speed of 10Mbps. Video playback may be affected by many factors including the computer/device being used, the internet browser, and the internet connection.
If you are having trouble with the quality of the video playback, we recommend:
Check your internet connection. Make sure it is strong. We recommend a minimum download speed of 10Mbps.
Make sure your internet browser is up to date.
Try refreshing your browser.
Restart your wireless router or modem.
